Kerala Style Duck Curry with Potatoes

2 Duck, sliced into medium size pieces
1 Onion, diced
Curry Leaves
5-6tbsp Ginger, Garlic paste or finely chopped
6tbsp Coriander Powder
1tbsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Turmeric
1-2tbsp Garam Masala
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt
2 Potato, peeled and diced

Directions
- Heat some Oil in a pan and saute Onion and Curry Leaves until Onion is golden brown in color.
- Add Ginger and Garlic, saute for few mins or until raw smell is gone.
- Carefully add all dry Masala’s ( Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder and Turmeric ).
- Saute until Masala is deep dark brown in color or until raw smell of Masala is gone.
- Try to do this process in a medium low flame, otherwise it might burn.
- Add washed and sliced Duck peices and Salt.
- Mix everything well and cover the pan using a tight lid and allow Duck to cook.
- Don’t forget to stir Duck Curry occassionally.
- When Duck is fully cooked add Potatoes.
- Allow Potato to cook.
- Remove excess fat from Duck Curry.
- When Duck and Potatoes are fully cooked add Garam Masala and Black Pepper.
- Mix everything well.
- Serve Kerala Style Duck Curry with Potatoes, with Rice or Bread.
