Easiest Beetroot Salad

Ingredients needed to make Easiest Beetroot Salad:

3 medium size Beetroot

1 Onion, finely chopped

3-4 Green Chillies, finely chopped

Salt

1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder

2tbsp Vinegar / Lemon Juice, use more if needed

 

Easiest Beetroot Salad

Method:

Using a Pressure Cooker cook Beetroot. ( refer *notes )

Carefully remove or peel the skin and slice into small cubes or thin round.

Add Onion, Green Chilli, Salt, Black Pepper Powder and Vinegar.

Mix everything well.

Taste Beetroot Salad and  if needed add Salt and Vinegar according to taste.

Keep it refrigerated and it’s great to serve cold.

Serve Easiest Beetroot Salad with Fried Fish or Fried Chicken.

*Notes:

Beetroot: Use Pressure Cooker to cook Beetroot. Wait until you hear 2whistle, then turn off the flame. When cooker is completely cooled open the lid and peel the skin using knife or peeler.
