Crispy Chicken ( Air Fryer )
Ingredients needed to make Crispy Chicken ( Air Fryer ):
4-5 peices of Chicken, use Leg or Thighs
1-2tbsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Turmeric
1tbsp Garlic Powder, or use fresh garlic paste
1tsp Cumin Powder
1-2tbsp Yogurt, try to use thick or hung curd or Greek Yogurt
Salt
Olive Oil, use Pam or use 1/4tsp Oil
Method:
Clean Chicken pieces thoroughly and remove skin.
Using a knife make some slits or cuts on the meat, so that masala or the marinate can go through.
Add Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt and Yogurt.
Mix everything well and keep it inside the fridge for atleast 30min or overnight.
Arrange marinated Chicken pieces inside Philips AirFryer and set temperature to 390degree F for about 15mins.
After 15mins flip Chicken pieces, so that it can crisp up from other side too.
Again set timer for another 10-15mins.
When Chicken is fully cooked and inside temperature marks to 165degree F in food grade thermometer, it’s safe to serve.
Serve Crispy Chicken with some Lemon/Lime wedges.
