2cup All Purpose Flour
2tbsp Coco Powder
1cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1cup Oil
1cup Milk
2tsp Baking Powder
1tbsp Vanilla Essence
Directions
Mix All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder together. Keep it aside.- Using a mixer/beater, beat Eggs well.
- Carefully add Sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture has a creamy consistency.
- Into that add Oil and Vanilla Essence.
- Mix everything well.
- Carefully add Flour and Milk simultaneously and mix until its a smooth batter.
- Divide the Cake batter into 2 equal parts.
- Into one bowl of Cake batter add Cocoa Powder and using a spatula mix well.
- Use one tablespoon for each batter to create the layers.
- Carefully pour plain Cake batter into the middle of the prepared cake tin.
- Then using another tablespoon pour Chocolate cake batter on to the middle of the plain Cake batter.
- Repeat this step until all the plain and Chocolate cake batter is finished.
- Pre-heat Oven at 350 degree and bake the cake for about 30-35 min or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of the Cake comes out clean.
- Allow Cake to cool down.
Serve Zebra Cake with Tea/Coffee.
Notes
- Prepared Pan means spraying or rubbing Oil all over the Cake tin and lining with wax paper or parchment.
