Directions
- Heat some Oil in pan and add Whole Masala’s ( Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom and Star Anise )
- When Masala’s start to pop add washed and soaked Basmati Rice.
- Saute until Rice is lightly roasted.
- Add Beans and Carrots.
- Mix everything well.
- Pour boiling Water and Salt.
- Allow everything to boil and when Water reduce down to the level of Rice, add frozen Green Peas.
- Cover the pan with a tight lid and turn off the flame.
- Allow Rice to cook in the steam, after 15-20mins open the lid and fluff-up the Rice using a fork.
- Serve Vegetable Pulao warm with Paneer Butter Masala or Chilli Chicken or Masala Chicken Curry.
