Today I was very lazy to cook , but my Son told he want fish fry today. So taught to make this Fish Fry . This is a very easy recipe. According to your taste adjust the Chili Powder. I used 8 Sardine for this recipe.

1 1/2tbsp Chili Powder
1tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
Coconut Oil for frying
Directions
- Mix Chili Powder ,Turmeric Powder & Salt .
- Add some water to make a paste .
- Apply this masala on the Fish & marinate for 30min .
- Using Coconut Oil fry the Fish.
- If like to use any other Oil use that .
- Serve it hot with Rice.
- Use any kind of Fish YOU like.
