  • Using a grinder make fine powder of Roasted Chana Dal, Sugar and Cardamom.
  • Transfer the fine powder into a mixing bowl.
  • Carefully pour Ghee.
  • Mix everything well using clean hands.
  • Shape the dough into small or medium size balls.

  • To have more texture or more quantity, add powdered or finely chopped Cashew or Almonds or Pista or finely chopped Raisins.
