Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Kovakka

  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut

  • 3 Green Chillies

  • 1tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 2 cloves of Garlic

  • 1 pinch Cumin Seeds

  • Curry Leaves

  • oil

  • Mustard Seeds

  • 2 whole Red Chillies

  • 2tbsp of chopped Onions

  • Salt

Directions

  • Clean & cut round 1/2 lb Kovakka , into that add 1/4 cup Grated Coconut , 3 Green Chillies ,
  • 1tsp Turmeric Powder , 2 cloves of Garlic , 1 pinch Cumin Seeds , Curry Leaves & Salt . Mix everything well with clean hands .
  • In a pan heat some oil & splatter some Mustard Seeds . Add 2 whole Red Chillies & add 2tbsp of chopped Onions . Mix everything well & add Kovakka . Sprinkle 3tsp Water , cover the pan & cook it until it runs dry . Serve it hot with Rice .
  • Before adding Garlic & Cumin Seeds , just crush them finely & then add into any kind of Vegetable Thoran it will give a good taste …………….
