Ingredients

  • Kovakkai

  • Cornflour

  • Maida

  • Garlic paste

  • Chili Powder

  • Salt

  • oil

  • Jeera

  • Green Chillies

  • Curry Leaves

Directions

  • Cut Kovakkai into small round pieces . Deep fry Kovakka by dipping in the batter .
  • Make a batter out of Cornflour , Maida ,Garlic paste ,Chili Powder & Salt .
  • When all Kovakka is fried put some oil in another pan & crack some Jeera ,then put 2 split Green Chillies & Curry Leaves .
  • Toss all the fried Kovakkai & serve hot as an appetizer .
