Directions
- Cut Kovakkai into small round pieces . Deep fry Kovakka by dipping in the batter .
- Make a batter out of Cornflour , Maida ,Garlic paste ,Chili Powder & Salt .
- When all Kovakka is fried put some oil in another pan & crack some Jeera ,then put 2 split Green Chillies & Curry Leaves .
- Toss all the fried Kovakkai & serve hot as an appetizer .
