5tbsp Cornflour
5tbsp Maida
Black Pepper
Salt
Refined Oil
Directions
- Take a whole Cauliflower & cut it into medium pieces .
- Make a thick batter out of 5tbsp Cornflour ,5tbsp Maida ,Black Pepper & Salt .
- If needed add some red food color to the batter .In a frying pan add some Refined Oil & dip each pieces of Cauliflower in the batter & fry until it becomes crisp .
- Serve it hot with some Sauce .
its a little taster with ginger garlic paste in the batter…
