Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

  • 5tbsp Cornflour

  • 5tbsp Maida

  • Black Pepper

  • Salt

  • Refined Oil

Directions

  • Take a whole Cauliflower & cut it into medium pieces .
  • Make a thick batter out of 5tbsp Cornflour ,5tbsp Maida ,Black Pepper & Salt .
  • If needed add some red food color to the batter .In a frying pan add some Refined Oil & dip each pieces of Cauliflower in the batter & fry until it becomes crisp .
  • Serve it hot with some Sauce .
