Ingredients needed to make Sweet Corn Chicken Soup:
3-5liter Water
Chicken pieces ( use backbone, wings, neck or leg )
2 Egg, slightly beaten
4-5tbsp Corn Flour/Corn Starch ( add some Water and make slurry )
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
1can Sweet Corn Cream
1can Whole Corn Kernel
Method:
Making Chicken Broth:
Use backbone, wings, neck pieces or leg or thighs of Chicken to make broth.
Add all of the Chicken pieces into 3liters of Water.
Sprinkle Salt and allow evevrything to come rolling boil.
When Chicken pieces are fully cooked, remove from broth and shred.
Let’s make Soup:
Allow Chicken Broth to come rolling boil.
Carefully drizzle Egg and make sure to keep on stiring.
Pour Corn starch mixture or slurry.
Make sure to stir the soup constantly.
Add Sweet Corn Cream, Whole Corn Kernels and shredded Chicken meat.
Sprinkle some Black pepper and if needed add Salt.
Serve Sweet Corn Chicken Soup hot or warm.
