Stir-Fried Cauliflower with Egg

1 Cauliflower, grated or finely chopped
Onion, chopped
2-3tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
Curry Leaves
1-2tbsp Chilli Flakes
1/2tsp Turmeric
Salt
5 Egg
Oil
Directions
- Heat some Oil in a pan and add Onion, Garlic and Curry Leaves.
- Saute until Onion turns soft or transparent.
- Add Chilli Flakes and Turmeric.
- Saute for few mins or until the raw smell of spices are gone.
- Carefully add grated Cauliflower and Salt.
- Cover the pan and allow Cauliflower to cook.
- Don’t forget to stir occasionally.
- When Cauliflower is cooked add Egg.
- Stir or saute until Egg is fully scrambled and cooked through.
- Serve hot or warm with Grilled Chicken or Fried Fish or Rice.
