1 medium sized Papaya
Oil
1tsp Mustard Seeds
1tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Red Chilies
Curry Leaves
4 chopped Shallots
2 Garlic
4 Green Chilies
1/2 cup grated Coconut
Directions
- Using the grater or food processor grate the Papaya
- In a pan heat some Oil & add 1tsp each Mustard Seeds & Cumin Seeds .
- When the Mustard is popping add 2 Red Chilies & Curry Leaves .
- Add 4 chopped Shallots , 2 Garlic & 4 Green Chilies .
- Mix everything well .
- Add the grated Papaya & mix .
- Add 1/2 cup grated Coconut & mix well .
- Cover the pan with a tight lid & allow the Papaya to cook .
- Serve it hot with Rice .
