Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized Papaya

  • Oil

  • 1tsp Mustard Seeds

  • 1tsp Cumin Seeds

  • 2 Red Chilies

  • Curry Leaves

  • 4 chopped Shallots

  • 2 Garlic

  • 4 Green Chilies

  • 1/2 cup grated Coconut

Directions

  • Using the grater or food processor grate the Papaya
  • In a pan heat some Oil & add 1tsp each Mustard Seeds & Cumin Seeds .
  • When the Mustard is popping add 2 Red Chilies & Curry Leaves .
  • Add 4 chopped Shallots , 2 Garlic & 4 Green Chilies .
  • Mix everything well .
  • Add the grated Papaya & mix .
  • Add 1/2 cup grated Coconut & mix well .
  • Cover the pan with a tight lid & allow the Papaya to cook .
  • Serve it hot with Rice .
