3 Russet Potato, sliced lengthwise
1 Onion
4-5 cloves of Garlic
Curry Leaves
1tbsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
Directions
- Heat some Oil in a Non-stick or a Cast-iron pan.
- Add finely chopped Onion, Garlic and Curry Leaves.
- Saute Onions until it turns light golden brown in color.
- Add Chilli Powder and Turmeric.
- Stir for few min or saute until raw smell of spices are gone, add the Potatoes and Salt.
- Stir until Potatoes are cooked and turned golden brown in color or toasted.
- Serve stir fried Potato or Potato fry warm with Rice.
