My Son made this Pizza . He was so excited to make one by his hands.

Ingredients

  • 31/2 cup Flour

  • 2tsp Salt

  • 1tsp Sugar

  • 2tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 1/3 cup Warm Water

  • 2 1/4tsp Yeast

  • To make Sauce you need
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree

  • Dried Oregano

  • Dried Basil

  • Granulated Garlic

  • Granulated Onion

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Directions

  • In a small bowl mix Water & Yeast , allow it to activate .
  • In a big bowl combine all the dry ingredients & mix in the activated Yeast .
  • Using your hand knead the dough until it comes smooth .
  • Divide the dough into 2 equal parts .
  • Brush some Oil on 2 bowl .
  • Keep the dough on the bowl & cover the bowl with a plastic wrap .
  • Try to keep the bowl on a warm place .
  • Allow the dough to rise in double , it will take 1-1 1/2 hrs .
  • To make Sauce you need
  • In a bowl mix everything well .
  • Add all the seasonings according to your taste .
  • Both my Kids were so happy & excited to make their own Pizza . As toppings we added Pepperoni , Chicken , Spinach , Mozzarella Cheese , Tomatoes & Onions .
  • This was our assembled Pizza . According to your taste add all the toppings . Bake this on a 475 degree Pre-heated Oven for about 20min or until the dough turns golden brown in color . After rolling the dough transfer to a baking pan , after that only add the toppings , otherwise you will not be able to transfer the Pizza to Oven for baking .
