250gm Paneer, cubed
1 Onion, thinly sliced
5-6 Garlic
10 Cashew
3-4 Tomato, diced
1-2tbsp Paprika ( for color )
1/2tsp Cumin
1tsp Chilli Powder ( for spiciness )

Directions
- Heat some Oil in a pan and add Onion, Garlic and Cashew.
- Saute until Onion turns soft or transparent.
- Add Tomato, cook until Tomatoes are cooked through and mashed.
- Turn off the flame and allow cooked Onion and Tomato mixture to cool down.
- Once it’s cooled down using a blender grind into smooth paste.
- If needed add some Water or Chicken Stock while grinding.
- Heat some Butter in a pan and add Cumin.
- Allow Cumin to slightly toast.
- Lower the flame to the lowest flame possible or remove the pan from heat and add Paprika and Chilli Powder.
- Saute for few mins or until raw smell of Chilli powder is gone.
- Carefully pour grinded Onion and Tomato mixture.
- Add Water or Chicken Stock according to the consistency of the gravy you like.
- Allow gravy to boil and carefully add Paneer cubes.
- Take some Kasoori Methi, rub in between your palms and sprinkle.
- Mix everything well and turn off the flame.
- Pour some Heavy Cream.
- Serve Paneer Butter Masala warm with Bread or Roti or Pulao.
