Ingredients

  • 2 finely chopped Raw Plantain

  • 1tsp Mustard Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Green Gram cooked

  • 1/2tsp Cumin Seeds

  • 1 chopped Onion

  • 2 Whole Red Chilies

  • 5 cloves of Garlic

  • 1/2tsp Chili Powder

  • 3-4 Green Chilies

  • 1tsp Turmeric Powder

  • Curry Leaves

  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut

  • Salt

Directions

  • In a pan heat some oil & crack Mustard , Cumin & Red Chilies.
  • Add chopped Onion ,Garlic , Green Chilies & Curry Leaves.
  • Saute until Onion turns transparent.
  • Add Chili Powder & Turmeric.
  • Fry for 2min.
  • Add finely chopped Plantain & cooked Green Gram.
  • Mix everything well.
  • It will take only 5mins to cook Plantain.
  • Add grated Coconut & Salt.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Serve it hot with Rice.
