For this recipe you need :
2 finely chopped Raw Plantain 1tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 cup Green Gram cooked 1/2tsp Cumin Seeds
1 chopped Onion 2 Whole Red Chilies
5 cloves of Garlic 1/2tsp Chili Powder
3-4 Green Chilies 1tsp Turmeric Powder
Curry Leaves Salt
1/2 cup Grated Coconut
In a pan heat some oil & crack Mustard , Cumin & Red Chilies .
Add chopped Onion ,Garlic , Green Chilies & Curry Leaves .
Saute until Onion turns transparent .
Add Chili Powder & Turmeric .
Fry for 2min .
Add finely chopped Plantain & cooked Green Gram .
Mix everything well .
It will take only 5mins to cook Plantain .
Add grated Coconut & Salt .
Mix everything well .
Serve it hot with Rice .
