2 finely chopped Raw Plantain
1tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 cup Green Gram cooked
1/2tsp Cumin Seeds
1 chopped Onion
2 Whole Red Chilies
5 cloves of Garlic
1/2tsp Chili Powder
3-4 Green Chilies
1tsp Turmeric Powder
Curry Leaves
1/2 cup Grated Coconut

Directions
- In a pan heat some oil & crack Mustard , Cumin & Red Chilies.
- Add chopped Onion ,Garlic , Green Chilies & Curry Leaves.
- Saute until Onion turns transparent.
- Add Chili Powder & Turmeric.
- Fry for 2min.
- Add finely chopped Plantain & cooked Green Gram.
- Mix everything well.
- It will take only 5mins to cook Plantain.
- Add grated Coconut & Salt.
- Mix everything well.
- Serve it hot with Rice.
