- Preparing and Shaping the Dough
1cup Rice Flour
1/2cup Milk
1cup Water
- Cooking the Rice Balls in Coconut Milk
2cup thin Coconut Milk
1/2cup thick Coconut Milk
3/4cup Sugar
1tsp Cardamon Powder
Saffron threads
Directions
- Preparing and Shaping the Dough
- In a non-stick pan combine all the ingredients together .
- Heat this mixture in a medium flame with constant stirring until all the water is evaporated & forms a dough .
- Allow the dough to cool down & then knead the dough well .
- Make tiny balls out of it .
- Cooking the Rice Balls in Coconut Milk
- Boil the thin Coconut Milk in a pan & add the Rice balls .
- Boil in a medium flame for 3min or until the balls float on top .
- Add Sugar , Cardamom & Saffron .
- Mix everything well & before turning off the gas add thick Coconut Milk .
- Serve it hot or chilled .
