Ingredients

  • 1cup Yellow Moong Dal

  • 3cup Thin Coconut Milk

  • 1cup Thick Coconut Milk

  • 1cup grated Jaggery

  • 1tsp Cardamom Powder

  • Cashew & Raisins

  • 1-2tbsp Ghee

Directions

  • In a non-stick pan heat the Ghee & fry Cashew & Raisin , fry until it turns golden brown colour & remove to a plate .
  • Add Dal into the ghee & roast for 2min ,or until it have a nice aroma .
  • Now add the Thin Coconut Milk & bring to boil . Simmer the flame a cook the Dal .
  • Add Jaggery & mix well . Let it boil for 5min .
  • Turn off the Gas & add Thick Coconut Milk .
  • Now add Cardamom & fried Cashew & Raisins .
  • Mix everything well .
  • Serve it hot with Pappadam & Banana .
