1cup Yellow Moong Dal
3cup Thin Coconut Milk
1cup Thick Coconut Milk
1cup grated Jaggery
1tsp Cardamom Powder
Cashew & Raisins
1-2tbsp Ghee
Directions
- In a non-stick pan heat the Ghee & fry Cashew & Raisin , fry until it turns golden brown colour & remove to a plate .
- Add Dal into the ghee & roast for 2min ,or until it have a nice aroma .
- Now add the Thin Coconut Milk & bring to boil . Simmer the flame a cook the Dal .
- Add Jaggery & mix well . Let it boil for 5min .
- Turn off the Gas & add Thick Coconut Milk .
- Now add Cardamom & fried Cashew & Raisins .
- Mix everything well .
- Serve it hot with Pappadam & Banana .
