Ingredients needed to make Maladu || Maa Ladoo:
2cup Roasted Chana Dal or Pottukadala
1cup Sugar
1/2cup Ghee
Method:
Using a grinder make fine powder of Roasted Chana Dal, Sugar and Cardamom.
Transfer the fine powder into a mixing bowl.
Carefully pour Ghee.
Mix everything well using clean hands.
Shape the dough into small or medium size balls.
Enjoy !!!!
*Notes:
To have more texture or more quantity, add powdered or finely chopped Cashew or Almonds or Pista or finely chopped Raisins.
