1/2 lb Kovakka
1/4 cup Grated Coconut
3 Green Chillies
1tsp Turmeric Powder
2 cloves of Garlic
1 pinch Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves

2 whole Red Chillies
2tbsp of chopped Onions

Directions
- Clean & cut round 1/2 lb Kovakka , into that add 1/4 cup Grated Coconut , 3 Green Chillies ,
- 1tsp Turmeric Powder , 2 cloves of Garlic , 1 pinch Cumin Seeds , Curry Leaves & Salt . Mix everything well with clean hands .
- In a pan heat some oil & splatter some Mustard Seeds . Add 2 whole Red Chillies & add 2tbsp of chopped Onions . Mix everything well & add Kovakka . Sprinkle 3tsp Water , cover the pan & cook it until it runs dry . Serve it hot with Rice .
- Before adding Garlic & Cumin Seeds , just crush them finely & then add into any kind of Vegetable Thoran it will give a good taste …………….
