Cut Kovakkai into small round pieces .Make a batter out of Cornflour , Maida ,Garlic paste ,Chili Powder & Salt . Deep fry Kovakka by dipping in the batter . When all Kovakka is fried put some oil in another pan & crack some Jeera ,then put 2 split Green Chillies & Curry Leaves . Toss all the fried Kovakkai & serve hot as an appetizer .
