Ingredients

  • 4-5 Pork Chops, bone-in or bone-less

  • 1tbsp Garlic, finely chopped

  • 1tbsp Ginger, finely chopped

  • 2-3tbsp Gochujang Hot Pepper Paste

  • 1tsp Black Pepper Powder

  • Sesame Oil

  • Salt

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and marinate Pork.
  • Allow Pork to marinate for atleast 30mins.
  • Keep Pork refrigerated while marinating.
  • After 30mins of marination, cook Pork on hot tawa or grill.
  • Try to cook on medium low flame.
  • Cook around 4mins on each side.
  • Allow cooked Pork Chops to rest for few mins before slicing.
  • Serve Korean Style Pork Chops with Rice or Bread or Salad.
