4-5 Pork Chops, bone-in or bone-less
1tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
1tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
2-3tbsp Gochujang Hot Pepper Paste
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate Pork.
- Allow Pork to marinate for atleast 30mins.
- Keep Pork refrigerated while marinating.
- After 30mins of marination, cook Pork on hot tawa or grill.
- Try to cook on medium low flame.
- Cook around 4mins on each side.
- Allow cooked Pork Chops to rest for few mins before slicing.
- Serve Korean Style Pork Chops with Rice or Bread or Salad.
