Ingredients

  • 6 Konju , cleaned

  • 1 big Onion , chopped

  • 5-6 cloves of Garlic , minced

  • 1tbsp Ginger , grated

  • Curry Leaves

  • 2 Tomatoes , chopped

  • 1tbsp Chili Powder

  • 1/2tsp Turmeric

  • 1tsp Black Pepper Powder

  • 1tsp Garam Masala

  • Salt

  • Coriander Leaves , chopped

Directions

  • Heat some Oil in a pan & saute Onion , Garlic , Ginger & Curry leaves .
  • Saute until Onion turns golden brown in color .
  • Add Chili Powder , Garam Masala , Turmeric Powder & Pepper Powder .
  • In low flame fry the masala for few minutes .
  • Add Tomatoes & mix everything well .
  • Cook until Tomatoes & cooked & mashed .
  • If needed add some Water .
  • Add Konju / Shrimp into the Masala & add Salt .
  • Cook until Shrimp is cooked through .
  • Add some chopped Coriander leaves & serve hot .
  • Serve Konju Masala with Rice or with Roti .
