Ingredients : ( To make Konju Roast )
6 Konju , cleaned
1 big Onion , chopped
5-6 cloves of Garlic , minced
1tbsp Ginger , grated
Curry Leaves
2 Tomatoes , chopped
1tbsp Chili Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
Salt
Coriander Leaves , chopped
Method :
Heat some Oil in a pan & saute Onion , Garlic , Ginger & Curry leaves .
Saute until Onion turns golden brown in color .
Add Chili Powder , Garam Masala , Turmeric Powder & Pepper Powder .
In low flame fry the masala for few minutes .
Add Tomatoes & mix everything well .
Cook until Tomatoes & cooked & mashed .
If needed add some Water .
Add Konju / Shrimp into the Masala & add Salt .
Cook until Shrimp is cooked through .
Add some chopped Coriander leaves & serve hot .
Serve Konju Masala with Rice or with Roti .
