Kerala Style Spicy Pork Curry
Ingredients - Kerala Style Spicy Pork Curry
- 4lb Pork
- 1 Onion, diced
- 4-5tbsp Ginger and Garlic, finely chopped/paste
- Curry Leaves
- 4-5tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1-2tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2tbsp Garam Masala
- Salt
- 2 Raw Plantain, diced
- 3-4tbsp Vinegar, optional
Directions - Easy to follow 16 steps

- Heat some Oil in a pan and add Onion and Curry Leaves.
- Saute until Onion turns golden brown in color.
- Add finely chopped Ginger and Garlic.
- Stir for few mins or until raw smell is gone.
- Carefully add Corinader, Chilli and Turmeric.
- Saute on medium low flame until raw smell is gone.
- Carefully add cleaned and washed Pork into masala.

- Mix everything well.
- Add Salt.
- Mix everything well and cover pan with a tight lid and allow Pork to cook.
- Don’t foget to stir occassionally.
- When Pork is fully cooked add Garam Masala and raw Plantains.

- Cook until Plantains is also fully cooked.
- If you like more gravy in your Kerala Style Spicy Pork Curry, add Water according to that.
- Before removing from heat add Vinegar ( optional ).
- Let everything boil together.
Serve Kerala Style Spicy Pork Curry hot with Rice or Bread.
