This is a good dish . You can make this with Beef or with Mutton . When you buy meat try to buy the meat with bone . For this recipe I bought a leg piece .

1/2kg Beef
2 Onion
1tbsp grated Ginger
1tbsp grated Garlic
4 Green Chilies
2 Tomatoes
Curry Leaves
1tbsp Chili Powder
1tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Pepper Powder

- For making Kappa
1/2kg Kappa or Tapioca or Yuca or Cassava

Directions
- Finely chop Onion , Green Chilies & Tomatoes .
- Mix everything well & cook until the beef is tender .
- For making Kappa
- Cook Kappa until its soft .
- Drain all of the water .
- Mixing Kappa Biriyani
- Mix both Kappa & Beef Curry together .
- If you like crack some Mustard , Whole Red Chilies & Curry Leaves , also fry some grated coconut until it turns golden brown color .
- Mix everything together & serve hot .
