Step – by – Step Instructions :
1) 2cups Cold Milk
Rose Syrup , according to taste
Sugar , if needed
Mix the Milk , Rose Syrup & Sugar .
For more flavour add some softened Ice-cream .
2) 3-4tbsp Basil Seeds , soak for at least 30min
3) 1/4cup Falooda Sev or Semiya / Vermicelli
2cups Milk
2cups Water
Sugar
Mix all the ingredients together .
Cook until the Sev is cooked & the Kheer is creamy .
Let it cool down .
4) Ice-Cream , use any flavour ( I used Malai Kulfi for this Falooda )
5) Any flavoured Jelly , prepare according to the box instruction
Assembling the Falooda :
On a tall glass pour some Semiya / Kheer , around 3-4tbsp is enough .
Add some Jelly , as the next layer .
Now add some soaked Basil seeds , 2-3tbsp .
Pour some cold Rose Milk .
Add 1 or more scoop of Ice-cream .
Serve it Cold .
If you like add some fresh fruits as 1 layer .
can even add a small portion of Dry Fruits also…
