Easiest Mutton Curry (Pressure Cooker Method)
Ingredients needed to make Easiest Mutton Curry ( Pressure Cooker Method )
2lb Mutton/Goat, sliced into medium size peices
1 Onion, finely chopped
4-5tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
4-5tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
2-3 Tomato, diced
Curry Leaves
5tbsp Coriander Powder
1 1/2tbsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Turmeric
1tbsp Garam Masala
Salt
1/4cup Water
Coriander Leaves or Curry Leaves, as garnish
Method:
Combine Mutton, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, Coriander, Chilli, Turmeric, Salt and Water.
Mix everything well until all the spices are nicely marianted into Mutton.
Using a Pressure Cooker, cook Meat until its fully cooked.
Usually in my Pressure Cooker it takes 2 whistle to cook meat, sometimes it may varie in different cooker, so make sure to cook meat according to your Cooker.
Open the lid and allow Mutton Curry to boil.
Cook for some more time to reduce the gravy, its according to personal choice.
Sprinkle Garam Masala.
Garnish Easiest Mutton Curry ( Pressure Cooker Method ) with Curry Leaves or Coriander Leaves.
Serve Easiest Mutton Curry ( Pressure Cooker Method ) warm with Bread/Rice/Puttu.
