Crispy Fried Shrimp
Ingredients needed to make Crispy Fried Shrimp:
20count Shrimp, cleaned
1tsp Chili Powder
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Garlic Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
Black Pepper Powder, according to taste
Salt
1-2tbsp Egg, slightly beaten
1tbsp Corn Starch
Oil, for frying
Method :
Mix Chili Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Garlic Powder, Pepper Powder & Salt together.
Marinate the Shrimp & allow it to sit for at least 15-20min in fridge.
Add 1-2tbsp of Egg into the marinated Shrimp & mix well.
Add Corn Starch & mix well, if there is more water in the mixture add little more Corn Starch.
Meanwhile heat some Oil in a pan .
Dip each Shrimp in Panko Bread Crumbs & carefully fry.
Fry until its golden brown in color & transfer the Crispy Fried Shrimp into a paper towel lined plate to remove excess Oil.
Continue cooking Shrimp in batches until all Shrimp is fried to perfection.
Serve it hot with Ketchup.

*Notes:
For frying I used Coconut Oil, it gives an extra flavor to the dish. You can always use the Oil you like.
Always try the first fried Shrimp to make sure all the seasoning & favor is right. If you need more crunch or crispiness add some cornstarch into the Panko Bread Crumbs & mash everything lightly & then dip Shrimp in the mixture.
