Ingredients

  • 2tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 2tbsp All Purpose Flour

  • 5tbsp Sugar

  • 1tsp Instant Coffee Powder

  • 2cup Milk

  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 3 Egg

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together, Cocoa Powder, Flour, Sugar, Coffee Powder, Milk, Egg and Vanilla Essence.
  • Pour Chocolate mixtuer into prepared* ramekins or bowls or cups.
  • Cover each ramekins with foil paper.
  • Steam for 40-45mins on low flame.
  • Cook until Pudding is fully cooked through or a thooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • Keep Choco Pudding inside fridge to cool down.
  • Serve Choco Pudding cold.

  • Prepared Ramekins means: Spary each bowl with Oil or Butter.
