1pound of minced Chicken meat
1tsp Paprika
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
Coriander Leaves
1 Egg
Salt
Pepper

Directions
- Take 1pound of minced Chicken meat , add 1tsp Paprika , 1/2tsp Garam Masala , 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder , 1/2tsp Garlic Powder , finely chopped Coriander Leaves , 1 Egg , Salt & Pepper to taste .
- Mix everything well .
- Take a wooden skewer , wet your hands & take a big ball of meat & try to press the meat on to the wooden skewer .
- Take a pan & put some oil , place all the skewer , turn it when one side is done .
- It will take only few min to cook .
- Carefully remove the Kababs from the Skewer .Serve it hot with some Lime wedges & sauces.
Notes
- ( If you want u can use fresh Garlic . If u feels the batter is little loose & not sticking to the skewer put some bread crumbs . If u don’t have wooden skewer you can use the handle of a wooden spoon to shape the meat , carefully transfer the meat from the spoon & place it on the oil , it will hold the shape of Kabab . )
