4 cups Warm Milk
1 cup Chocolate Chip
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Raisins
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 stick melted Butter
Directions
- In a big bowl beat the Milk , Egg , Sugar , Butter & Vanilla Essence until smooth .
- In a prepared baking pan line all the sliced bread , sprinkle the Chocolate Chip & Raisins on the top of the bread .
- Pour the Milk mixture on the top of the bread & allow the bread to absorb the liquid , 5 – 10 min .
- Wrap the baking dish with a aluminum foil & bake in a 325 degree Pre-heated Oven for about 50min .
- Remove the foil & cook for 10 – 15 min longer until set in the middle & lightly browned on top .
- Remove from Oven & let it cool before serving .
