Ingredients

  • 4 cups Warm Milk

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chip

  • 6 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup Raisins

  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1 stick melted Butter

Directions

  • In a big bowl beat the Milk , Egg , Sugar , Butter & Vanilla Essence until smooth .
  • In a prepared baking pan line all the sliced bread , sprinkle the Chocolate Chip & Raisins on the top of the bread .
  • Pour the Milk mixture on the top of the bread & allow the bread to absorb the liquid , 5 – 10 min .
  • Wrap the baking dish with a aluminum foil & bake in a 325 degree Pre-heated Oven for about 50min .
  • Remove the foil & cook for 10 – 15 min longer until set in the middle & lightly browned on top .
  • Remove from Oven & let it cool before serving .
