- Clean the fish but don’t remove the scales .
- Make a big slit on the back of the fish .
- Grind whole Black Pepper , Green Chilies ,Turmeric Powder & Salt .
- Marinate the fish with the ground spices .
- Fry the fish in Coconut Oil .
- Serve it hot with Rice .
