Ingredients

  • 3cups grated Carrot

  • 2 1/2cup Milk

  • 3/4cup Sugar

  • 2-3tbsp Ghee

  • 1tsp Cardamom Powder

  • Cashew & Raisins

Directions

  • In a non-stick pan combine grated Carrot & Milk .
  • Cook on medium heat until all the moisture is evaporated .
  • Add the Sugar , Cashew & Raisins .
  • Mix everything well .
  • Cook until all the moisture evaporated .
  • Add Cardamom Powder & turn off the gas .
  • Allow the Halwa to cool down .
  • Serve it with some Almond slices or with some Vanilla Ice-cream .
