3cups grated Carrot
2 1/2cup Milk
3/4cup Sugar
2-3tbsp Ghee
1tsp Cardamom Powder
Cashew & Raisins
Directions
- In a non-stick pan combine grated Carrot & Milk .
- Cook on medium heat until all the moisture is evaporated .
- Add the Sugar , Cashew & Raisins .
- Mix everything well .
- Cook until all the moisture evaporated .
- Add Cardamom Powder & turn off the gas .
- Allow the Halwa to cool down .
- Serve it with some Almond slices or with some Vanilla Ice-cream .
