3cups grated Carrot
2 1/2cup Milk
3/4cup Sugar
2-3tbsp Ghee
1tsp Cardamom Powder
Cashew & Raisins
In a non-stick pan combine grated Carrot & Milk .
Cook on medium heat until all the moisture is evaporated .
Add the Sugar , Cashew & Raisins .
Mix everything well .
Cook until all the moisture evaporated .
Add Cardamom Powder & turn off the gas .
Allow the Halwa to cool down .
Serve it with some Almond slices or with some Vanilla Ice-cream .

carrot halwa is my fav. this looks absolutely divine,
