2cups Basmati Rice , cooked
2cups Cabbage , grated
1/2cup Green Peas , cooked
1 Onion , chopped
3-4 cloves Garlic , minced
3-4 Green Chillies , splited
1tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
Salt
Directions
- Heat some Oil in a non-stick pan & crack the Cumin & Bay Leaves .
- Add Onion , Garlic & Green Chillies .
- Saute until Onion turns transparent .
- Add Cabbage & mix everything well .
- Cook until Cabbage is cooked & all the water is evaporated .
- Add all the Masala’s ( Turmeric , Pepper & Garam Masala ) .
- Sauté for a few mins & add Green Peas .
- Mix everything well & check the Salt .
- Serve the Rice hot with Beef Curry or with Raita & Pickle .
