Ingredients

  • 2cups Basmati Rice , cooked

  • 2cups Cabbage , grated

  • 1/2cup Green Peas , cooked

  • 1 Onion , chopped

  • 3-4 cloves Garlic , minced

  • 3-4 Green Chillies , splited

  • 1tsp Cumin Seeds

  • 2 Bay Leaves

  • 1tsp Black Pepper Powder

  • 1tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1/2tsp Garam Masala

  • Salt

Directions

  • Heat some Oil in a non-stick pan & crack the Cumin & Bay Leaves .
  • Add Onion , Garlic & Green Chillies .
  • Saute until Onion turns transparent .
  • Add Cabbage & mix everything well .
  • Cook until Cabbage is cooked & all the water is evaporated .
  • Add all the Masala’s ( Turmeric , Pepper & Garam Masala ) .
  • Sauté for a few mins & add Green Peas .
  • Mix everything well & check the Salt .
  • Serve the Rice hot with Beef Curry or with Raita & Pickle .
