Ingredients

  • 1stick soften butter

  • 1/2cup+2tbsp Sugar

  • 1/4tsp Salt

  • 1/4tsp Cinnamon Powder

  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1 Egg. Mix

  • 1 1/4cup Flour

  • ,1/2cup chopped Apricot

  • 1/4 cup toasted Almonds

  • 2tbs Pine nuts

  • 1 1/3 cup of Confectioners Sugar

  • 5tbsp Orange Juice

Directions

  • Mix 1stick soften butter , 1/2cup+2tbsp Sugar ,1/4tsp Salt ,1/4tsp Cinnamon Powder 1tsp Vanilla Essence & 1 Egg. Mix 1 1/4cup Flour ,1/2cup chopped Apricot ,1/4 cup toasted Almonds & 2tbs Pine nuts .
  • Mix the Flour into the Egg & Butter batter .
  • hen put this into a plastic wrap & shape like a log & Refrigerate for 2hrs .
  • Then cut it into 1/2 inch tick slices & bake it in a 350degree oven for 15min . Then let it cool .
  • Icing:
  • Take 1 1/3 cup of Confectioners Sugar , 5tbsp Orange Juice & mix well . Take each cookie & coat its top with icing .
