Apricot Nut Cookie

1stick soften butter
1/2cup+2tbsp Sugar
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Cinnamon Powder
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Egg. Mix
1 1/4cup Flour
,1/2cup chopped Apricot
1/4 cup toasted Almonds
2tbs Pine nuts
1 1/3 cup of Confectioners Sugar
5tbsp Orange Juice
Directions
- Mix 1stick soften butter , 1/2cup+2tbsp Sugar ,1/4tsp Salt ,1/4tsp Cinnamon Powder 1tsp Vanilla Essence & 1 Egg. Mix 1 1/4cup Flour ,1/2cup chopped Apricot ,1/4 cup toasted Almonds & 2tbs Pine nuts .
- Mix the Flour into the Egg & Butter batter .
- hen put this into a plastic wrap & shape like a log & Refrigerate for 2hrs .
- Then cut it into 1/2 inch tick slices & bake it in a 350degree oven for 15min . Then let it cool .
- Icing:
- Take 1 1/3 cup of Confectioners Sugar , 5tbsp Orange Juice & mix well . Take each cookie & coat its top with icing .
