Ingredients

  • 2 medium size Potatoes , peeled & cubed

  • 1 bunch Methi , washed & chopped

  • 1tbsp Ginger , grated

  • 3-4 Green Chillies , splited

  • 1/4tsp Cumin Seeds

  • 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder

  • Salt

Directions

  • Heat Oil in a pan & splutter Cumin .
  • Add Ginger , Green Chillies , Turmeric & Potatoes .
  • In a medium flame stir-fry the potatoes until its cooked .
  • Add chopped Methi & mix everything well .
  • Allow a few mins for Methi to cook.
  • Serve it hot with Rice or with Roti .
