2 medium size Potatoes , peeled & cubed
1 bunch Methi , washed & chopped
1tbsp Ginger , grated
3-4 Green Chillies , splited
1/4tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder

Directions
- Heat Oil in a pan & splutter Cumin .
- Add Ginger , Green Chillies , Turmeric & Potatoes .
- In a medium flame stir-fry the potatoes until its cooked .
- Add chopped Methi & mix everything well .
- Allow a few mins for Methi to cook.
- Serve it hot with Rice or with Roti .
