Directions
- Using a grinder make fine powder of Roasted Chana Dal, Sugar and Cardamom.
- Transfer the fine powder into a mixing bowl.
- Carefully pour Ghee.
- Mix everything well using clean hands.
- Shape the dough into small or medium size balls.

- To have more texture or more quantity, add powdered or finely chopped Cashew or Almonds or Pista or finely chopped Raisins.
