Ingredients

  • 3 Russet Potato, sliced lengthwise

  • 1 Onion

  • 4-5 cloves of Garlic

  • Curry Leaves

  • 1tbsp Chilli Powder

  • 1tsp Turmeric Powder

  • Salt

Directions

  • Heat some Oil in a Non-stick or a Cast-iron pan.
  • Add finely chopped Onion, Garlic and Curry Leaves.
  • Saute Onions until it turns light golden brown in color.
  • Add Chilli Powder and Turmeric.
  • Stir for few min or saute until raw smell of spices are gone, add the Potatoes and Salt.
  • Stir until Potatoes are cooked and turned golden brown in color or toasted.
  • Serve stir fried Potato or Potato fry warm with Rice.
