Ingredients

  • Preparing and Shaping the Dough
  • 1cup Rice Flour

  • 1/2cup Milk

  • 1cup Water

  • Cooking the Rice Balls in Coconut Milk
  • 2cup thin Coconut Milk

  • 1/2cup thick Coconut Milk

  • 3/4cup Sugar

  • 1tsp Cardamon Powder

  • Saffron threads

Directions

  • Preparing and Shaping the Dough
  • In a non-stick pan combine all the ingredients together .
  • Heat this mixture in a medium flame with constant stirring until all the water is evaporated & forms a dough .
  • Allow the dough to cool down & then knead the dough well .
  • Make tiny balls out of it .
  • Cooking the Rice Balls in Coconut Milk
  • Boil the thin Coconut Milk in a pan & add the Rice balls .
  • Boil in a medium flame for 3min or until the balls float on top .
  • Add Sugar , Cardamom & Saffron .
  • Mix everything well & before turning off the gas add thick Coconut Milk .
  • Serve it hot or chilled .
