3 Ridge Gourd , sliced into small pieces
2/3cup cooked Masoor Dal
1 Tomato , chopped
1tsp Mustard Seeds
1tsp Cumin Seeds
2-3 Whole Red Chillies
1 Onion , chopped
4-5 Green Chillies
1tsp grated Ginger
2-3 cloves of Garlic
Curry Leaves
1tsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
Directions
- Heat some Oil in a pan & crack Mustard , Cumin & Red Chillies .
- Add finely chopped Onions , Ginger , Garlic , Green Chillies & Curry Leaves .
- Saute until Onion turns transparent .
- Add Chilli Powder ,Turmeric Powder & Salt .
- Fry for few seconds .
- Add sliced Ridge Gourd & Tomato .
- Cover the pan with a lid & cook the Vegetable .
- Add the Dal & mix everything well .
- Serve it hot with Rice .
