1cup packed Light Brown Sugar
1 1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Salt
Mix all the ingredients together & keep it aside .
4tbsp melted Butter
1cup Milk
1 Egg
12ounce fresh or frozen Cranberries
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients together .
- Add the wet mixture into dry mixture .
- Mix everything well .
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan & bake in a 350 degree pre-heated Oven for about 1hr 15min or until the bread is cooked through .
