Easy Fudge

sweet chocolate chips
1cup of milk chocolate
1can sweetened condensed milk
1/4tsp of Sea salt
1cup of chopped nuts
1 1/2tsp of Vanilla essence
Directions
- In a heavy bottom pan over low heat, melt the 2cups of semi sweet chocolate chips & 1cup of milk chocolate with the 1can sweetened condensed milk and 1/4tsp of Sea salt.
- Remove from the heat, stir in 1cup of chopped nuts and 1 1/2tsp of Vanilla essence
- Spread evenly into a foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan
- Chill for 3 hours, or until firm. Remove the fudge from the pan and place onto a cutting board.
- Remove the foil from the bottom of the fudge and cut into squares. Store, covered, in the Fridge or Freezer.
Notes
- ( In picture Fudge is in the right side of the plate )
so probably ur chocolate mixture didn’t get thick ……….when u keep it in the gas u should stir it until it thickens up ……….
i chilled it for 3 days…. hehe….
if u chill for atleast 3hrs it will be firm……….
while it didnt get firm enough to cut into squares…. any secert to it…..
