250gm Beans
1/2 of a medium Onion
3 cloves
Garlic
4 Green Chillies
oil
1tsp Mustard seed
Cumin Seeds
3 whole Red Chillies
Curry leaves
3tbsp Grated Coconut
Salt
Directions
- Chop finely 250gm Beans ,1/2 of a medium Onion , 3 cloves of Garlic & 4 Green Chillies . ( Keep the beans separately )
- Heat some oil in a pan & crack 1tsp Mustard seed ,a pinch of Cumin Seeds , 3 whole Red Chillies & Curry leaves .
- Add chopped Onions , Garlic & Green chillies . Saute it until the onions turn transparent .
- Mix in the beans , 3tbsp Grated Coconut & Salt .
- Cook it in a high flame for about 5min .
- Serve Beans Thoran with hot Rice .
Notes
- ( Don’t over cook beans . When its color change to bright green remove it from the heat . )
