Ingredients

  • 250gm Beans

  • 1/2 of a medium Onion

  • 3 cloves

  • Garlic

  • 4 Green Chillies

  • oil

  • 1tsp Mustard seed

  • Cumin Seeds

  • 3 whole Red Chillies

  • Curry leaves

  • 3tbsp Grated Coconut

  • Salt

Directions

  • Chop finely 250gm Beans ,1/2 of a medium Onion , 3 cloves of Garlic & 4 Green Chillies . ( Keep the beans separately )
  • Heat some oil in a pan & crack 1tsp Mustard seed ,a pinch of Cumin Seeds , 3 whole Red Chillies & Curry leaves .
  • Add chopped Onions , Garlic & Green chillies . Saute it until the onions turn transparent .
  • Mix in the beans , 3tbsp Grated Coconut & Salt .
  • Cook it in a high flame for about 5min .
  • Serve Beans Thoran with hot Rice .

Notes

  • ( Don’t over cook beans . When its color change to bright green remove it from the heat . )
