Channa

Onions
4 Garlic cloves
Curry leaves
3tbsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Garam Masala .
Directions
- Soak 1 cup of Channa overnight .
- Pressure cook Channa with enough water & salt .
- Add 3tbsp Coriander Powder , 1tsp Chili Powder , 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder , 1tsp Black Pepper Powder & 1tsp Garam Masala .
- When Masala is fried add cooked Channa & boil the curry for 5min .
- Serve it hot with steamed Puttu .
