Ingredients

  • Channa

  • salt

  • water

  • oil

  • Onions

  • 4 Garlic cloves

  • Curry leaves

  • 3tbsp Coriander Powder

  • 1tsp Chili Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1tsp Black Pepper Powder

  • 1tsp Garam Masala .

Directions

  • Soak 1 cup of Channa overnight .
  • Pressure cook Channa with enough water & salt .
  • Add 3tbsp Coriander Powder , 1tsp Chili Powder , 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder , 1tsp Black Pepper Powder & 1tsp Garam Masala .
  • When Masala is fried add cooked Channa & boil the curry for 5min .
  • Serve it hot with steamed Puttu .
