250g Winter Melon
Water
Salt
1/2 cup Grated Coconut
3 Green Chillies
2 whole Red Chillies
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Thick Curd
Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2 whole Red Chillies
Curry Leaves
Directions
- Clean and cut 250gm Winter Melon into medium pieces . Cook with little water and Salt .
- Grind 1/2 cup grated Coconut , 3 Green Chillies , 2 whole Red Chillies and 1tsp Turmeric into fine paste . Add this mixture into cooked Winter Melon.
- Beat 1 cup of thick Curd and add it to the Curry. Be sure to turn off the gas.
- In an another pan heat some oil and crack 1/4tsp Mustard Seeds, 1/4tsp Fenugreek Seeds, 2 whole Red Chillies and Curry Leaves. Pour this into the curry and its Ready !!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Serve it hot with Rice.
