Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa in cold water

  • Olive oil

  • 1 chopped Onion

  • 3 cloves Garlic

  • 1/4 cup frozen Peas 

  • 1/4 cup Corn

  • 1 stick Celery

  • 1 chopped Tomatoes

  • 1 grated Carrot

  • Salt  

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Quinoa is a grain & its good for health . It’s mainly found in South America . People eat this to loose weight also .
  • Wash 1 cup Quinoa in cold water & cook in a 1 1/4cup boiling water for about 12min or do according to the instruction on the box .
  • In a pan add some Olive oil , saute 1 chopped Onion & 3 cloves Garlic .
  • Add 1/4 cup each frozen Peas & Corn .
  • Add chopped 1 stick Celery , 1 chopped Tomatoes & 1 grated Carrot .
  • Mix everything well , add Salt & Pepper according to taste .
  • Mix in the cooked Quinoa & toss everything well . Serve hot .
  • Also add some cooked Chicken or Shrimp if needed .
  • This is a great food .
