1 cup Quinoa in cold water
Olive oil
1 chopped Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup frozen Peas
1/4 cup Corn
1 stick Celery
1 chopped Tomatoes
1 grated Carrot
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- Quinoa is a grain & its good for health . It’s mainly found in South America . People eat this to loose weight also .
- Wash 1 cup Quinoa in cold water & cook in a 1 1/4cup boiling water for about 12min or do according to the instruction on the box .
- In a pan add some Olive oil , saute 1 chopped Onion & 3 cloves Garlic .
- Add 1/4 cup each frozen Peas & Corn .
- Add chopped 1 stick Celery , 1 chopped Tomatoes & 1 grated Carrot .
- Mix everything well , add Salt & Pepper according to taste .
- Mix in the cooked Quinoa & toss everything well . Serve hot .
- Also add some cooked Chicken or Shrimp if needed .
- This is a great food .
