Quinoa is a grain & its good for health . It’s mainly found in South America . People eat this to loose weight also .
Wash 1 cup Quinoa in cold water & cook in a 1 1/4cup boiling water for about 12min or do according to the instruction on the box .
In a pan add some Olive oil , saute 1 chopped Onion & 3 cloves Garlic .
Add 1/4 cup each frozen Peas & Corn .
Add chopped 1 stick Celery , 1 chopped Tomatoes & 1 grated Carrot .
Mix everything well , add Salt & Pepper according to taste .
Mix in the cooked Quinoa & toss everything well . Serve hot .
Also add some cooked Chicken or Shrimp if needed .
