Mutta / Egg Stew

Ingredients : To Make Mutta / Egg Stew

5 Eggs , cooked / hard boiled
1 Onion , sliced thinly
2 Chillies , splitted
1tsp Ginger , finely chopped
Curry leaves
1tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1cup Thin Coconut Milk
1/2cup Thick Coconut Milk
2 Potatoes , dicied
2 Carrots , dicied
1/4cup Green Peas

Method :

Heat some Oil in a pan & saute Onion , Green Chillies , Ginger & Curry Leaves .
When Onion turns transparent add all the Vegetables ( Potatoes , Carrots & Green Peas ) .
Mix everything well .
Add Garam Masala & Black Pepper Powder .
Saute all the ingredients together for 2min .
Add Thin Coconut Milk & Salt .
Allow the mixture to boil .
Turn the heat down to medium & cook the Vegetables .
Add the Thick Coconut Milk & turn the Gas off .
Cut the Egg into 2 pieces & put it into the Stew .

Serve the Stew hot with some Puttu , Bread , Appam or with Idiyappam .
