Ingredients needed to make Zebra Cake :
2cup All Purpose Flour
2tbsp Coco Powder
2tsp Baking Powder
1tbsp Vanilla Essence
Mix All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder together. Keep it aside.
Using a mixer/beater, beat Eggs well.
Carefully add Sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture has a creamy consistency.
Into that add Oil and Vanilla Essence.
Mix everything well.
Carefully add Flour and Milk simultaneously and mix until its a smooth batter.
Divide the Cake batter into 2 equal parts.
Into one bowl of Cake batter add Cocoa Powder and using a spatula mix well.
Use one tablespoon for each batter to create the layers.
Carefully pour plain Cake batter into the middle of the prepared cake tin.
Then using another tablespoon pour Chocolate cake batter on to the middle of the plain Cake batter.
Repeat this step until all the plain and Chocolate cake batter is finished.
Pre-heat Oven at 350 degree and bake the cake for about 30-35 min or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of the Cake comes out clean.
Allow Cake to cool down.
Serve Zebra Cake with Tea/Coffee.
Prepared Pan means spraying or rubbing Oil all over the Cake tin and lining with wax paper or parchment.
